  • We were booked on a day trip by bus to the Grand Canyon West-rim. A few hotels along the strip are designated pick up spots. We walked about 15 minutes to our pick up spot. Our bus driver and tour guide was Duane. He did a really great job. He answered all our questions, was very helpful and explained thoroughly what to expect from the tour. He made sure, we had enough bathroom breaks and where able to stock up on drinks and snacks at gas stations. On the way to the Grand Canyon we stopped at the Hoover Dam, for an opportunity to take photos. Included in the tour was a sandwich for lunch, which was carefully prepared by a charming cafĂ© in Arizona. The lunch box included a sandwich, an apple, chips and a cookie. Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon, we had three hours to explore on our own. Time was a little tight, we would have loved to have at least an additional hour to be able to see more things. The tour was an overall great experience! At any given time we felt really well taken care of.
