  • Absolutely horrible. Reception was nice when we walked in. But Steve had a cold, sniffing, bad breath, ( probably from his cold) couldn't speak any English so when I wanted to ask him for more pressure or To stop slathering me in oil he wasn't able To understand me. I think he should have at least had a mask on if he had a cold. Not very sanitary. He used so much oil he had to keep wiping me off with paper towel. (Not very relaxing). I cut my hour in 1/2 and told him to please stop. He had to get the young lady at the front desk to come back so he could understand me. I told the lady how displeased I was. There was nothing relaxing, no pressure of any kind. It felt as if I was being tickled for the first 15mins. I only ended up Paying for half an hour and was told "Sophia" the manager would be contacting me on today. Well, that has yet to happen. No integrity, or honor of good patron service. I will never ever in my Life visit or refer anyone to this place. I will never tip when service is substandard. I think it was expected. No way !!! I will not spend my hard earned money something my 10 year old can do for me at home. What a joke!!!
