  • I wanted to like this place based on the idea it is "herbal" or less toxic. However, after I got the herbal gel nails for the first time I couldn't get used to how thick it felt on my nails. I felt uncomfortable for two weeks with it on. I will admit it lasted pretty well but I was uncomfortable from the moment I got it on and couldn't wait for it to be removed. The nail tech Eric was not personable. A little snarky to be frank. Stupidly, I decided to give this place a second chance today. I asked them to remove the gel and give me a basic manicure. I got Eric again and he was even more unkind than my last visit. He was rough with my hands and left me with gel residue from the last time. I just wanted to get out of the place so I didn't complain. I was charge $21 for a basic manicure. I wasn't even given so much as a little lotion on my hands after. I will not be coming back. It's unfortunate, the owner seemed friendly but that staff member made the experience unpleasant for me.
