  • While visiting the Chandler area, before I purchased a groupon for an oil change and tire rotaion at Joes Auto, I called on Saturday to make an appointment. I informed them I was passing through and needed to schedule for monday. The person I talked to said that his hands were greasey and to just bring it in and they would be able to get me in. So I purchased the groupon. Ofcourse when I arrived on Monday there was no record of my call or appointment and they couldn't get me in until later in the week. Wasted my time. Good thing I was able to get a refund on my groupon.
