  • I've been seen at this practice a couple of times, and the two dentists have both been great. The scheduling, however, leaves a lot to be desired. I was trying to get seen for a tooth that's causing me pain, and the receptionist didn't seem like she was even trying to find a time that I could be seen soon. The thing is, I actually worked as a dental receptionist in college, and I know that I would always do whatever I could to get people in asap. But this receptionist just casually scheduled me for next month, and then, when I was trying to convey that I'm in pain, cut me off by saying, "Yeah, I know. Mmmm-bye." Direct quote. :/
