| - Men's Wearhouse in general is an AMAZING operation, but like anything else, not all stores are created equal.
I recently found myself in URGENT need of a black suit. The typical "need it yesterday" situation. I've purchased from the Chandler (by the mall) Men's Wearhouse in the past (shame on me for not leaving a review then), so I returned. I live is Gilbert, so the drive is a bit out of my way (San Tan store is closer), but worth the drive.
My attitude? Even if I received just 80% of the service I've received in the past, it would be worth the extra time and gas.
The entire staff clearly CARES about everyone who walks through the door. It's hard to explain, but I never felt as if anyone was "SELLING" me on anything. Alex (salesman) asked what I needed, filled in the blanks with a few quick questions, and in minutes I was trying on exactly what I needed. Alex, never pushed any products, but rather showed me multiple possibilities. I ended up finding the perfect suit, and had the alterations done quickly (and perfectly).
I'm sharing because I hope others, who struggle with high-end men's clothing, will find a place of fashion refuge @ the Chandler Men's Wearhouse. As I said, I worked with Alex, but also found Scott to be a huge help. The Staff wanted it to be a team effort, and I couldn't have been more happy. Simply, everyone there is amazing.
Take the RISK of bad advice out of buying process, and visit this store.
