  • We've been to this library multiple times since we moved to the area. My daughter wanted to get a book so we decided to get a library card. They wouldn't let us get a library card because my ID said Vegas. Not north Las Vegas. Even when I explained we just moved, and had my military ID. He told me to pull up Something on my phone. Excuse me? This isn't McCarran airport and you have all my information. We're not going to steal library books? I understand procedure and protocol but I also understand there's always a grey area. I work customer service. I never would treat a customer like he did. But you know, why be somewhere you're not wanted? We will not be back to this location. Thank you for the embarrassing and frustrating experience.
