  • These guys were called out for my home warranty company American home shield. Hot water heater died, AM PM came out looked at it for 5 seconds, filled out paperwork and left. I mentioned I wanted to do a tank less heater, AM PM said they would give me a quote for the install on one. I was given the price over the phone at a huge $4500. I told them that a tank less heater at Home Depot was $1300 and the install for over $3000 was crazy. Immediately after he said he could get the price down to around $3500. My wife and I talked about tank less and decided that the tank less would not be worth the extra money in savings over the life of the unit, after all we do live in a hot climate and the heater is located in the garage. I then asked for a quote for the top of the line Rheem with leak detection. Again I got a phone call with the price of $1300, and the heater was $800 at Home Depot. $500 for the install I though was reasonable. I then asked for a quote to be sent through email. I asked for over 3 days and never received the quote. I wanted to see what they were charging for each item. I called over and over and left messages and text messages to two different people and still did not get any response back. I gave up after day 3 and went somewhere else. Over all prices were shady, and customer service was horrible. I do not recommend these guys!
