I have been bringing my four girls here since they opened a few months ago. They're ages range from 10 years old down to 10 months old. It's nice to have a fun place where all four kids can play, despite their wide range in ages. However, I only give this place 2 stars because I have more negative things to say about this place than positive.
The staff that is on the floor supervising the play seem to not have much interest in their job. For example, this past Friday I was playing with my 2 year old in the 6 and under area and watched the staff member sit and chat with her friends the entire hour we were there. Not once did she tell the older children above 6 years old that it was a restricted area. She didn't even stand up from sitting at the entrance!
Sadly this is the norm here. I wish I could say I've seen the staff actually be useful out in the play areas but I have yet to see this.
Also, I am shocked at the music choice they play. Every time. It's full of sex references and curse words and is never edited. This is a place for children right? Can they not just play radio edits and not gangster rap EVERY time we come in? Yes, every time. I'm lead to believe this is their standard.
Lastly, I wish they offered better pricing. Not that it's expensive but there is a session that goes from 4-6. We showed up at 5:15. We had to pay for the full two hours even though we only had 45 minutes to jump. When I asked the front desk what happens if we want to stay longer, she told me we have to purchase an all day pass. $33 per person! On top of what we paid for the 2 hour session! This seems wildly unfair. We were charged two hours of play for only 45 min of play in a poorly managed indoor gym for children blaring obscene music. I think I'll opt for Jump Street from here on out...
