  • I was in San Diego visiting friends and had been long overdue for highlights and a cut, since losing my Boston based hair stylist over a year ago. After much googling, I found Nicole. I needed someone who understood blonde stick straight hair and wouldn't leave me with choppy layers or gold streaks. Nicole was amazing. Not only did she take time out of her personal time and come in after hours to accommodate my needs, she also gave me a stellar cut with perfectly blended layers and tonal highlights that look completely natural and polished. I'm kinda bummed that she lives 3k+ miles from me. Looks like I have another reason to visit Encinitas now. :) I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who has finicky straight hair that shows any mis-cut, she is a pro. As a huge plus...she has an adorable dog that sometimes visits the salon!
