  • I visited the store in the Caesars Palace Mall in Las Vegas last week. I found the staff mediocre at best (max 3 stars) and, when I encountered a problem with the staff, went up the food chain to the Store Manager. Mr. Obermeyer was professional and accommodating, but distant. He could be more friendly and dispense with the cool air persona. Geez, what is it about those who act better than others? He had no idea with whom he was speaking to as my wife and I shared our need. Regardless, I have to hand him 5 stars for meeting my needs. On balance the store gets a 4 star rating by me.
