  • This Tuesday was a horrible day for me. A week ago ,my husband and I called in to for our marriage certificate. We said we wanted the " hurried on and go package" , but instead they thought we wanted the "gold package " over the phone we paid for the 30 dollars fee of the "go" package . On Tuesday when I walked into the store they charged us for another 140 extra dollars. After paying , I realized that there's been some mistakes . One of the workers over there was really nice. She called her boss several times to ask for our money back but her boss wouldn't compromise. We told them that we only wanted to sign and go not taking pictures and doing all the procedures for the gold package. The boss had a really bad attitude. All he wanted was to make money off customers but he's never thought things through from a customer'a perspective. No one would like being ripped off of 140+ dollars. That day turned from a merry day (the day I got my marriage license ) to full of anger and disappointment . I'm very thankful for what the employee did for me . Even tho they said that I can go there in 2 weeks to get our pictures taken, but I never wanted to take those pictures in the very beginning. I politely declined. This is my first time giving such bad review to any company. This was the event of a lifetime for me but was ruined by how rude they were. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here.
