  • I was there at the art of shaving at the Venetian a few months ago, I do live in Las Vegas so I did use their services at another location, met Richard the manager, told him I had a very tough beard and he told me he had the right guy for me, I came out of there with a deep cut, bleeding, face was all red looked like I was on fire, my sweater was ruined from the spots of their cream and the spots of blood, he offered me a few shaves for free for the future, when I went back to my barber at the forum shops he knew all that happened without me telling him even ifhe worked at another location, these people for sure do not mind their own business, their prices change like at their own will
