  • This store is clueless. During two trips in there, each lasting 45 minutes, the information we were given changed every 10 minutes, the rates we are supplied are different from those online, and the store manager is completely out of her depth. The store manager A****y is not an easy person to deal with...she is out of her depth and deflects her lack of skills back on the customers. She called the main helpline for support and then say that they were not helpful! The best was threatening to call the police on a customer unless they left! Her behavior is not management behavior! T-mobile tries so hard to be 'with it' but by introducing a new fad each month (Data Stash, 4 different international rates etc) the staff appear to be SO confused. They should stop having 20-something's as managers in their stores and should train their employees how to read their information Avoid A****y's store unless you want to see how bad things can be!
