  • My phone stopped charging the day I flew into Vegas. I went all over trying to figure out what to do. Finally made it to Apple and found the solution! (I can't remember the name of the person who helped me but...) the person who helped me was great! Not only did she help fix the solution, she also fixed my cracked screen protector the whole time chatting away with me! All of the staff was welcoming and let me stay a while to charge my phone so I could meet up with my friends. Thank you for a great experience in finding a solution to my phone's silly problem!!! Not having a phone while traveling would have been the worst!
