  • All I can say is "LIFE SAVIOR." On Christmas Eve, I endured a huge dilemma with a watch I purchased as a gift. Had multiple issues upon arrival and I needed to find someone who could repair and fix the watch. I'm Christmas Eve, of all days, many places were closed and I was coming to the conclusion that it would be impossible to get fixed in time for Christmas. However, when all hope was long gone, Bill replied to a message via Yelp. Offering to help me and I couldn't be more thankful. He not only fixed the issue I encountered with my watch but also found an issue and fixed it to make everything PERFECT. I appreciate and am very grateful for your services and kindness to help, knowing today was Christmas Eve. I was in and out of his Jewelry store within minutes and very pleased with the outcome.
