I renewed my annual warranty and needed a simple repair on a microwave. After 3 request submissions and phone discussions with customer service, they never sent a contractor out. They blamed their internal software, but I talked to "people", and it was still not resolved. And that is not the problem. I decided to cancel this renewal when I could not get the service call to my house. Even though I explained the situation on my cancellation letter, they still charged me the 15% cancellation fee. PLUS, they pro-rated the cost of the warranty for the 80 days that it was in effect, even though they never honored it by sending a contractor out. Don't bother complaining to BBB. If they are a paid member (and AHG is), you are not likely to get an objective answer.
