| - I moved into this fine community 8 months ago, I am pretty big on reading up on reviews as I am in the marketing and business development industry, so I searched a few of my sight on seen favorites. I was disappointed to see negative reviews on Greenspoint as it was top of my list, so I made it a point to observe the community manager whose name has been mentioned a few times on the Greenspoint 'yelp feed'. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by her the day I came in for a return visit. I watched her interact with a few people and was actually impressed with her overall attitude, she is very pleasant and outgoing I was puzzled at all the negative reviews posted. Personally, I think a lot of the things said about her are inappropriate and unprofessional. If you find it in yourself to single out someone for being human, it is your attitude that is disgraceful. I found no reason to not move forward with my application after my experience with the property Manager Kelly and the leasing consultant I worked with, David. I have had a few small issues that were rectified in a timely and professional manner and did not warrant a negative review as I understand things happened. I actually own a few homes out of state that I rent out and would be highly disappointed to be spoken of so poorly by someone that is renting my establishment. I enjoy my apartment I pay about $990 for my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, I feel safe and I feel appreciated. The location is absolutely convenient to me as I work in North Scottsdale, the fitness facility is open 24 hours so when I work into the night hours I can always enjoy a workout. The amenities are kept up and the staff is always quick to say hello. I was invited to a social gathering yesterday evening which I am in the understanding is a monthly occasion, everyone was welcomed in the beginning by Kelly and invited to a dish of ice cream. I could not stay long, however in a matter of minutes I was personally greeted by Kelly, formally introduced to her family and her assistant Christine and her family. I was then introduced to a few residents and enjoyed a few conversations before my exit. I was impressed that I saw the entire staff at the event accompanied by their families. In the business world, a little personal exposure goes a long way. Over all, I am impressed to say the least in Greenspoint, I have lived in other properties managed by Mark Taylor and thought that was the only way to go, I have also touched in the property management field at some points in my career so I consider myself educated in the industry and could not recommend this property more.
