  • Scam artist! Run for the hills! I Had an absolutely horrible experience at Sarival Ranch Family Dental... Everyone started out pretty nice - I went in for X-rays / cleaning / check up- while sitting there waiting for my hygienist -I could hear the rooms on both sides of me having discussions about additional work they are going to need on their teeth - and it was best they got it done THAT DAY.(wonderful sales tactics these people had). So my hygienist came in - talking extremely fast with tons of information that I generally understood- took my x rays and told me I had bone loss and gingivitis -that needed deep cleaning-- I have never had gum disease or any they problems (other than a couple fillings). Then the dr comes In and says everything looks ok but the fillings I have need tone re-done and again - THAT DAY- ... hmm I'm thinking , really ? Wow this is fishy ... I asked the hygienist if I can just get a regular cleaning because I wasn't sure I really needed the other deep cleaning she said fine ... then the office manager came over with pricing for the deep cleaning and said I had to get that done because that what was recommended -- ok - out folks - I took my business to Canyon trails family dental down the road and had a wonderful experience - no deep cleaning recommended and my fillings are fine, really? You don't say! Sarival Ranch Family Dental are crooks!
