  • My review is only for the dance party in the back. Went on 50s/60s night by myself. It was fun, but I will dance by myself. After paying a $10 cover I deserve that. First, anyone that complains about how it's hot and sweaty back there doesn't want to be in a room dancing with people in Toronto in the middle of the summer. Their comments should be given no weight by Yelp. Although skeptical at first, the music was a lot of fun and so was the crowd. Twist, Shout (think wedding crashers montage), conga line, brown eyed girl, abc (Jackson 5, I'm questioning the authenticity but fun music) and so on. Plenty of cute girls too. Goofy guys having fun. A make out here and there. Not an overly drunk seen and pretty safe. Babe DJ too. There is a long line out front, so show up before midnight if you want to avoid it. Would definitely go back. Staff was decent enough - what I would expect given their crowd.
