A terrible stay. The sheets were scratchy. The towels were crappy. The room was old. All the furniture was falling apart had scratches and doors were falling off. It was noisy even being on the 8th floor. The windows were Cloudy due to broken thermal seals, you could barely see out. Our "black-out" curtain wouldn't pull all the way closed due to broken hooks. We paid a premium for this room because of the Monday night football game. The breakfast was only served until 10 which after a Monday night game should have been extended. The hotel touts themselves as the Official Hotel of the NFL, they certainly did not live up to the expectation. Except for a few balloons in the lobby it was not welcoming. No valet parking and the signage from the parking deck to the lobby was absent. The bar was slow pre-game and called last call well before we were finishing our celebration and well ahead of 100am. I would never stay in this hotel again even if it was free!?
