  • Fletcher's was bought out by Firestone. I had purchased tires from Fletcher's less than a year ago and had a minor repair on one tire. After a lot of confusion with the new computers vs the old computers, they were able to take care of the repair at no cost. I hope for them, they can merge the two systems to make it a smoother process for the customer. The employees seemed stress and it was taking away from them being able to take care of the automotive needs.
