  • I bought a pack of backwood cigars got all the way home and noticed there was a tear in the package. All the cigars we're stale! I drove back to get a new pack and exchange the one I just bought. the lady working in the front Said why did yoi open them? I was like what??? I didn't know they we're going to be stale. She seemed to be upset she had to give me a new pack...not my fault at all!! Just seemed stupid to complain to a customer who just spent 30 dollars in there 15 min ago....penny pinchers!!!! I would come in there at least 3 times a week and spent $30 the couple just lost me as a customer dumb move.
