  • A few years back I made a reservation with ERAC as my elderly Mom and Dad were coming to visit us in Charlotte NC and then on to the Outerbanks for a family reunion...The location is on Old Statesville Road...Bear in mind the company's slogan is "We'll pick you up"..Cool..Not!!..I was told that there wasn't anyone available to come pick me up to rent the car...what? I was forced to have my elderly Dad follow me in my car to complete the reservation..As I was waiting in line fuming over this BS, I heard the woman in front of me complain about the very same thing AND the manager actually said to her "I do not have extra drivers on the weekends to chauffeur people because it hurts MY bottom line"....Wow....just wow!...Never, ever again.
