  • HORRIBLE PLACE! THE OWNER CUT 2 OF MY TOES so badly, they wouldn't stop bleeding. Booked an appointment at 6:00pm on a Thursday and I waited 2 HOURS before a technician came to see me. While she was cutting my cuticles she accidentally cut one of my toe slightly. No biggie- it happens, so I let it slide. Then she moved onto my big toe and that's when she CUT A HUGE PIECE OF SKIN off. My toe was bleeding so badly and she kept telling me it was normal. Did I mention, that this was the OWNER?! Not only did she not apologize, after it happened she said that THEY DID NOT HAVE BAND-AIDS OR ANY CLEANING AGENT AT ALL FOR MY CUTS. How does a nail salon, not have any first aid kits available?! I would definitely NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE again. It is clear that they are not trained professionals.
