  • I wish I had not taken so long to write my review on this place. I had these guys clean my Nikon 5200 camera a year ago. When I dropped it off it was just dusty/dirt specs that needed to be cleaned. When I picked it up, and looked through the eye hole there was a huge scratch on the focal lens. When I asked about it, they said it was dropped off that way. I knew darn well it was not and they made the scratch. After a little pushing they admitted to me when they were taking it out to clean it, it fell and it was scratched. I asked if they were going to replace it they said they don't do that. They also told me the lens was placed in backwards. Again how is that possible when it was purchased from the manufacture directly and they are the only ones who had cleaned it. After being lied to twice I paid and left. It was maybe 20 mins later a guy from the store called me and told me they would order me a new focal lens and I would need to pay for install. Seriously! They scratched the heck out of it to begin with and the lens is less then a $25 piece. I finally gave in and said fine I would pay for install. It's been a year and I never received a call that my focal lens had arrived and was ready to be installed. This place does not take care about other people equipment, they lie and they don't take responsibility for there mistakes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed!
