1. Before we purchased the vehicle we were told that we can do oil change anytime we want. And for a new car it is recommended to do oil change at 30 %, brought in the vehicle twice and your people refused to change it, said it has to be under 15%.
2. Whoever was working on my vehicle forgot to put the bolts back to the splash shield, the shield was dragging for a 80 mins drive and broke in half.
3. Max Dunmire is unprofessional as a service advisor. Didn't check my record and trying to charge me for the oil change. As for the splash shield he promised twice that he will pass my issue to his supervisor (since he didn't know what to do) and call back but never did. Hung up my call twice. Never pick up calls, never reply or call back even I tried few attempts to reach out through the main customer service line. He can't even handle a simple task.
4. The other guy though he was trying to help me on the phone. He was pretty rude during the conversation and hanging up at the end. I guess your customer service team had so much fun everyday hanging up on people. Very unprofessional attitude.
5. I just purchased another car, a Honda Civic EX-L Hatchback yesterday, from SHOWCASE Honda, I will never purchase from you guys anymore, I will not recommend people to do business with you. You are losing customers because of your bad customer service and your unprofessional staff.
