  • went to get oil change, lube, fuel filter and asked for upgraded filter and they wanted to put synthetic in and I don't use it. Our appointment was at 10:30 and it took until 1:30 and they didn't lube anything, or drain the sterring fluid like I asked. I checked and had to do it myself, (same dirty fluid was in it). Charge was $220.00.
