  • The worst furniture store I have ever dealt with. Went here with my mom to purchase some furniture for her new home and things started out pretty good while working with Cindy, but that would be the only good thing to come from this experience. We ordered a sectional sofa, a coffee table, a sofa table, an end table, and an accent chair. We wanted everything delivered on 7/21, but was told the chair would not be available until mid-late August. That was not true at all and we had to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to get the chair. Also, when we ordered the furniture, we ordered 2 different accent pillows for the couch and it took over 2 months for my mom to receive them. We have now had to have the sectional replaced due to manufacturer defects and the chair replaced because of the poor quality of the cushion and it becoming misshaped after only about a month of owning it. The new sectional is also starting to show signs of very poor quality with the fabric on the back becoming loose and wrinkled. When taking the chair back to the warehouse to get the new one, it took over 10 mins for someone to answer the door and there wasn't anyone there waiting in front of me. Just a complete lack of respect for the customer and their time. Communication with the store, warehouse, management, and delivery people is completely horrible and consistently goes down-hill after the initial sale happens. I've shopped at Rooms to Go numerous times and their service far exceeds this store. Do NOT give this store your money as you will regret it as soon as you do.
