artisan fancy pants coffee has arrived in cleveland. and the best part is that it doesn't come with the high price tag that many other cities attach to it. this is the first time i've spent only $3 for pour over coffee. LIKE!!!!
two big roasters in the back and the place is filled with bags of coffee. i can't imagine how delicious it would smell in this joint when they are roasting coffee. i love the coffee bean table and the picnic tables outside to enjoy my cup of coffee. the atmosphere is so relaxing and tucked away in the back away from the busy street.
multiple coffee varieties to select from and from different places in the world. also multiple coffee extraction methods, from pour over to espresso to cold brew (although it was not in use when i went).
some cons: very open seating and open building space. it would be quite cold and cramped during the humid hot days or the cold freezing days where a cup of hot coffee is most appreciated. they also only have 3 pour over stands so you may have to wait awhile if there is a line or you have a larger than 3 group.
i love that this place is across the street from a art museum which comes prepared to offer you coffee cup lids so you can walk around. just a great way to spend a warm sunny day. if you'd like to develop your coffee palate past starbucks, stop here at rising star coffee roasters.
