  • Amy, the owner, is fantastic with customer service and ensures things are done correctly and on time. Everything I've had altered with them has been precisely what I was looking for. The only watch out is if Amy has someone filling in when you drop off or pick up items. Her support staff is not as customer friendly and has made errors, such as misplacing a garment. Amy straightened it out right away, so no harm. I definitely will continue to use them and recommend them.
