I was recommended this practice by someone who brings her family here and had no complaints. When I came into the practice for my first appointment the hygienist kept trying to push Invisalign on me when I said I didn't want it, and then she said I was required to have an extra cleaning besides the normal cleaning if I was going to come to this practice. I've never heard of any requirements from a practice in my life- You're patients keep you in business so just listen to their needs not your own to float your business. I thought maybe it was just a fluke and I'll request a different hygienist for my next appointment. So I set my next appointment and received a mailed reminder as it became closer, then I received a call and a voice mail with a completely different date and time. I called the practice and they said they had to change it because of xyz, and I said well wouldn't you think it's important to call me to make sure that works before moving it, and discussing with your patient what works for them? The receptionist said they called multiple times and left numerous voicemails (which I have zero record of these calls or voicemails) and she said it was notated in my file that they tried to contact me. Then I said okay go ahead and send me the notation with who made the calls and she said no. Lol so needless to say this practice doesn't rely on their patients for business and they do not care about their patients, they will do things their way and what benefits them. It's so hard to find a good dental office anymore without crappy customer service and trying to charge for services not needed.
