  • They just lost us as a customer! ! We had an appointment this morning to have an oil change before we go on a trip.....they did the last one and did good work. Said we needed shocks & struts, so of course we got those. $700+ later. So hubby goes in this morning thinking he has one of the first oil changes since he made it for when they opened. He has to go see his mother afterwards who is in a Rehabilitation Center from being in a horrific accident. They tell him he has to wait 1 HOUR so they can do the 17 (or whatever it is) point inspection Wait What......??? That is so not what we need. So not what we wanted. . So not what we signed up for. So not what he has time for. He tried to tell them that he had things to do, but they were to busy trying to tell him that he "also needed some $900 gasket work done" Yeah we do...beca5it was talked about last time and y'all put it in the computer Fool us once...shame on you Fool us twice... BYE-BYE
