  • Horrible company to rent from! they WILL take your security deposit and charge you more on top of the deposit so just be ready to spend thousands FYI Horrible communication! I asked for itemized report of their spending to clean the house, they never sent me an itemized report after talking to the manager and her telling me that she would email it to me!?!?They just sent me to collections without warning. I have been renting from company's for the last 13 years and this is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. You have been warned.
