  • I had to get minor work done on my truck and called around to several auto shops that were going to charge me for 2 hours of labor (about $120). I called Caliber and spoke with Daniel, the manager, who said he could knock out the repair in 15 minutes for a fraction of the cost. Where most auto shops try to gouge customers, this is the first place I have come across that actually tries to do what's right for the customer.
