  • Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order that should have been ready when we arrived. We were literally the only ones in the location and this was about two hours before closing. I wondered if I had accidentally gone to the wrong location. I was actively ignored by the blonde barista who was avoiding my gaze while she fiddled with a wet mop behind the counter, getting mop water on stuff all over behind the counter. Gross. Turns out I was totally in the right location, the employees just really didn't want to help the only two customers in their store.
