  • We should be able to rate at NO stars, or MINUS stars. I would rate Value Village at the worst possible company. Their tactics are unethical and abusive. I will never, never, ever!! shop at this store or donate. These demons have called me incessantly over the last few years. They will not stop. Yes, I actually believed that I could call this other number and they would kindly remove my name and phone number from their calling list. I had demanded repeatedly that their calls stop and they refused, continuing to call at all times, evenings, week-ends, etc. I tried to explain that I am a 24/7 caregiver here at my home, aged, caring for my hubby, needed rest and quiet and would not be donating. They just will never stop and never be discouraged. I haven't answered one of their calls in the last years but they never delete this number. I sincerely hope they burn in the fires of the bad place forever. I once posted on their Facebook page and they claim that there are imposters faking their ID on the phone. That's preposterous!
