  • Wish I could give zero stars. The people in the front were mediocre at best when checking in. After checking out, I asked if it would be okay for me to leave a bag my friend left behind, I was told yes and for her name. Upon my friend going to pick up her bag, she was told they didn't have anything at the front desk. When I called them to explain I had left the bag at 6:50 am, a disgustingly rude woman hung up on me. That is fraudulent and are you guys aware you have surveillance cameras? Now: the room- absolutely disgusting. Dirty, smelled of cigarettes as soon as you walked in. The bathroom was a mess. If I could stop people from coming here, I absolutely would. Just get Airbnb next time.
