  • Utterly and COMPLETELY lacking in customer service. I can't even believe someone would give this place 5 stars! I think NOT!!! These people don't know the meaning of customer service at all! I called them twice and they were completely rude and the person I talked to didn't know what he was talking about at all. I figured perhaps if I go to the store and talk to someone else in person they would be a little nicer and have more knowledge but I was so WRONG! The only reason I even gave them a chance to redeem themselves was because they're only a mile from my house but I would rather drive 30 miles and go somewhere else than deal with these rude people. Don't waste your time going there because not only are they rude but they also have no knowledge on what they're talking about or doing. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
