  • They were quick to come out and measure (and take the down payment, which is half the quote) but never called me back for installation. I waited over a week when they said it would be 1-2 days. I called to inquire and they couldn't schedule me until 2 days later (at the earliest) and then on the day of, they called to ask to reschedule!! I said no and they came late.
