  • Took my American Water Spaniel to them and instructed them (reminded them) on how to cut his tail. This was no more than 45 minutes before he got scalped. They shaved his tail to where it looks like a rat tail!!! Had been going to them for 4 years. NO MORE! I don't know if it's turned over or if they just don't care, but they will NEVER get my pup again. Avoid if you want them to look like they are supposed to look.
