  • I can't say enough about how awesome this gym is. The coaches and members are very welcoming to anyone who comes in whether they are new to crossfit or just dropping in. The coaches are very knowledgeable and work to ensure that all of their members stay safe. Tom & Sarah, the owners, are fully invested in their members and growing the community. Everyone there is having fun every day! If you want to give crossfit a try or are just passing through on business, you DEFINITELY want to stop by! The gym is located at a ice arena on the second floor above the locker rooms. Though they don't have a designated kids area or dedicated child care, there is a sitting area that older children will hang out while their parents work out. Parking is abundant unless their is a hockey tournament. But there is overflow parking available across the street at the golf course/batting cages.
