rev:text	What a waste of time. First please understand that I'm a very healthy person who is in shape, I love a good workout and am always looking for ways to push myself. I've run 4 full marathons and I signed up for Tough Mudder this fall which is why I signed up for Fit Factory - to do the O course. I decided to try one of their Bootcamps first though. Bad idea. My notes: -gross facilities and you're packed in a small room with about 40 people. Two toilets, one down a gross hallway which is also the only place to refiil your water bottle. No showers and the change room is the size of a closet. -This Tony fellow is a joke. He is just a macho man who wants to yell at people because he thinks acting like he is in the military is the equivalent of an effective fitness instructor. There is no help or corrections on form, which is the most important thing. There is no point in planking for a long period of time if your form is bad. Tony's class involves 40 people trying to plank for the same amount of time (if one person goes down, everyone has to go back up again) with bad form. Completely ineffective and pointless. People have different fitness levels. You need to read your class, push some people, help others. This was pretty much the case for all the other activities we did. I would look around the room and see a room full of people with floppy arms, rounded or bent backs - a recipe for injury. I was so annoyed it took all my will power not to leave because I didn't want him to think I was leaving because it was too hard. Which it wasn't. Total waste of time. -I signed up for the O course, but then had to cancel. Then second time I went to sign up it told me I had to pay, even though I had the subscription. I called to inquire and they said the O course wasn't included because it is a separate company which a) doesn't make sense because I'd signed up before and b) nowhere does it say that and it obviously looks like one company if all the schedules and courses are on one website! In the end I asked for a refund and they did refund my credit card, returning my call promptly. So I did appreciate that.
