  • Tried this bank out with a basic checking and savings account. Was going to bring my business and brokerage account to this branch having moved here from California. Every month there was an issue of " Bank Error" with fees being assessed requiring me to go into the branch and have the fees adjusted. Each Account Associate that helped me ( Cynthia, Andrew, and another lady of Asian descent) basically lied in stating that. " We will call you back later today or have the Bank Manager ( Nathan ) Call you by the end of the day.....Never happened. Only by my calling and at least 4 separate trips into the branch in a 2 week period of time did some of the issues were taken care of, but the Unprofessional attitudes and lack of follow through makes me wonder why any one would do business with this branch and manager. After Closing my account out, I went to another Wells Fargo and opened an account on Gilbert Road ......Difference of night and Day! Do not trust your Banking and Money with unqualified people that lie and promise things they never will do, which this branch represents! You have at least been warned!!
