  • Worst service dept. made an appointment for two software recalls and an oil change. Dropped it off at 9am and didn't get a call until 3:40pm, after 4 voicemails on the service advisers. He calls and says since its there they would like to do the recalls. Told him that's why I made the appointment in the first place. Appointment was not for the oil change. . So they had my truck from 9am to close (6 pm). Wow.
