Ms. Pooja was very nice and well organized, but we felt this center focused more on the younger elementary kids and our 6th grader felt embarrassed to go to the center when it was predominately 95% 4th graders or younger. Not sure why this center didn't have older kids attending. We also felt there was very math little progression in a years time. It was multiplication and long division over and over to the point where it was just tedious- even though our child was scoring high on all the daily homework sheets. We were reassured and were told "it was part of the Kumon process and we should be in algebra by summer!" I honestly didn't see this and this curriculum is good if you need to remediate basic math facts, but it wasn't in line with what a typical 6th grader was doing in school. School grades did NOT improve after being in this curriculum for a year and we just didn't feel we were benefitting.
