  • Terrible! Hired through Amazon to mount tv. Window was 8-11. Heard nothing from them until I called at 12 and he was "twenty minutes away". Finally arrived at 12:45. Joe reaked of smoke (and took time to finish his cigarette in his car before coming in). Didn't seem confident in what he was doing. Stepped out to "make a call" and smoked in his car again at some point. Finally at 3:30, I had to ask him to leave. The job was still unfinished and he seemed nowhere near being done - it does not take that long to mount a tv! Very disappointed in the service and the professionalism.
