Can't even contact the place to take a tour or find out a thing. I happen to be shopping for a new gym and, based on the reviews of this place, was really excited to check it out. Spent more than 20 minutes driving around in circles looking for the place (no clear signage on any building or any office park plaza indicating where it might be) before I finally pulled over and called the gym in hopes of reaching someone who could give me directions. The phone rang and rang - no answer, and not even a voicemail or a recording to indicate the gym was closed early for the new year holiday or anything. Might give this place another try, but only if they waive the $40 processing fee - after all, if they aren't using the money to invest basics into the business (like a simple recording on their phone to say it's closed), not sure I should have to pay the fee in the first place. I REALLY hate spending money to do business with a place where I have to tell them basics like "put a recording on your phone to tell people you're closed early." Definitely not the way to attract new business!
