  • Tried this place twice since it's close to my house. Both times I called ahead to see how busy they were and was told to come at a certain time, only to show up and wait 30 mins still. I came with a friend who was almost done with her service before mine even started. I don't understand why you wouldn't give a realistic timeframe. On top of that, none of the techs are friendly, it's fairly dirty in there, they use the same towels on the station for every client, just feels frustrating, gross and chaotic. I won't be coming back.
