  • Food is GREAT, but every time I come in it takes forever for someone to greet me. I stood in the doorway this time waiting for someone to approach me, made eye contact with a chef that was talking with two different waiters. I approached them after waiting 3-4 minutes, and still nobody said anything to me. I had to go find another waiter walking around to help me.. I find it very offensive that this happens almost every time I come in to pick up an order. Very unprofessional. I am not one to complain but they definitely need a host up front at the desk by the door. I've never seen anyone behind that desk and I'm here quite often.
